General Secretary
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized General Secretary to manage daily administrative functions, tenant communications, and essential accounting tasks for our property management team. The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker with excellent computer skills who can seamlessly interact with tenants and vendors while maintaining detailed records.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage tenant billing, invoicing, and general accounting tasks.
Oversee rental and lease records, including managing CAM charges.
Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor and tenant communications.
Maintain complete and accurate filing systems for all property records.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks required.
Strong computer literacy and general administrative skills.
Experience in property management rentals, leasing, and CAM charges is a strong plus.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
