**The role is hybrid in Hackensack, New Jersey

Role Overview: The team is looking for a Social Media Manager to help shape social and creator strategies across a portfolio of beauty and skincare brands. This role is ideal for a social-first, digitally savvy marketer who understands what makes content resonate, knows how to build authentic creator relationships, and can move quickly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in developing influencer partnerships, growing online communities, identifying cultural trends, and bringing creative ideas to life across social platforms.

Social Media Manager Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute social media and influencer strategies aligned with campaigns, seasonal moments, and always-on content.

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop monthly content calendars and identify emerging social trends.
\n
• Leverage UGC, fan content, gifting, and experiential activations to strengthen organic social presence.
\n
• Manage and grow online communities through engagement, trend participation, and proactive outreach.
\n
• Identify and connect with brand fans, skincare professionals, and beauty creators for ongoing gifting and content opportunities.
\n
• Support paid partnerships, gifting and seeding programs, affiliate initiatives, and experiential activations.
\n
• Manage relationships with influencer agencies, talent managers, and creator platforms.
\n
• Ensure influencer content follows applicable disclosure and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Partner with cross-functional teams and media partners to amplify creator content.
\n
• Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and recommend opportunities for optimization.
\n
• Monitor creator content and social trends to inform future campaigns and creative strategies.
\n
• Support overall influencer and consumer engagement budget tracking.
\n

Social Media Manager Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in social media management ideally within beauty, skincare, or consumer products.
\n
• Passionate and highly knowledgeable about social media and emerging digital trends.
\n
• Experience with influencer management platforms such as CreatorIQ or Traackr .
\n
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, and other major social platforms from a brand perspective.
\n
• Experience with social planning and analytics platforms such as Dash Hudson or Sprout Social.
\n
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
\n
• Digital-first mindset with the ability to adapt brand voice across platforms.
\n
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Ability to turn data and cultural insights into actionable recommendations.
\n
• Comfortable working quickly and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
